Can I export a completed form as a pdf?

Our cooperating teachers will be completing our form online.  They will need the signature of the student they will be doing the evaluation on.  Can I export a completed form so the teacher can review it with the student, then have them sign it?  Thank-you

You need the individual form submission in PDF format. Is that correct?

You can edit your form's notification email alert and add {pdf-link} tag in the email template. Please check the screenshot below:

When your form is submitted, you will receive the submission email which will have a clickable link. Clicking on this URL will download the submission in PDF.
