The email notifications are coming through but when I check my form page, there hasn't been anything submitted.
Are you all running some type of update or is something just broken?

Sometimes it takes a little time for secure forms to have their submissions replicated onto www.jotform.com.
Can you please try logging into your JotForm at https://secure.jotform.com and checking for your form submissions there ?

Thanks! This worked - should I just use the https://secure.jotform.com from now on to check submissions?

I suggest to keep using www.jotform.com as much possible, but if you do need to access to SSL submissions quickly after a form may have been submitted use https://secure.jotform.com
A lag of more than a couple of hours of your submissions replicating onto www.jotform.com should not be a regular occurence.
Make sure to keep creating your forms on www.jotform.com.
