I have been using a payment form created with jotform for quite a while now. Yesterday it processed a payment at approximately 4:45 pm just fine. However after that it will not allow submissions. It keeps telling everyone that the Donation portion of the form is a required field even though it has been filled out. Can you help please?
I have already checked the integration, etc. and can't find it. The account name is saveblackwater.
It is rather urgent that I get this fixed. Thank you!

Well I figured out the problem but now it is telling me that it won't allow multiple submissions. I have checked the form and multiple submissions is definitely enabled. PLEASE I HAVE TO GET THIS FIXED RIGHT AWAY!!

You have 'Strict Check' enabled on your form, if you want to allow the same user to have multiple submissions of the form change it to 'No Check'
Its on the Setup & Embed toolbar, Preferences -> Advanced Settings

Well the problem is not that. It is that we had a submission at 4:45 pm yesterday and now it won't let anyone else submit. they get a message that says that multiple submissions are not allowed. Different individuals with different credit cards in completely different locations.

Can you please just try changing it? as I see nothing else much wrong the form.

I have no explanation but I switched to loose check and it worked. We had used strict check for several months with no problem. I am a bit perplexed. However, I am just glad to have it fixed. Thanks!!!

OK, good to hear that. With it be a donation form, I really don't think limiting users to only one submission is necessary.
