I got an email asking me to upgrade to a paid plan and lock in the current rates. But we are already on a paid plan. Are our rates going to increase?

Our apologies. There's no need to upgrade or change your plan. 

That email was actually only intended for free users. You will keep your existing low prices as long as you are a subscriber. All existing subscriptions are grandfathered. The new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
