Change my current payement plan.

    I would like to change my current plan (9.95$ monthly payement plan) to the annual payement plan (90$).
    When I entered my credit card information, I received an error message.

    How can I fix it ?

    I am having this same issue. If you click the "2 year" subscription it tells you the following...

    Except I have not entered any new credit card information. I just want to get my yearly subscription again. Has to be a glitch in their system.

    Also how is switching from a monthly economy plan to a yearly a downgrade?

    Apologies for this error. You should now be able to alter your billing interval successfully from the billing area.
