Can I print a form created on JotForm without it being distorted?

I am not quite sure what you mean by distorted, but you should be able to do that, by adding a Print button to your form.

You can see more about this here: Print Button on Forms

If that is not what you have meant do let us know with a bit more details and we would be happy to help.

Why does the print button not honor page breaks? I put in page breaks to section each category but the print button allows the form to be printed in a continuous fashion.

I think that printing with the Page Breaks was originally designed to work in that way to have more compact PDF files.

This is possible to have separated pages with a bit of HTML and CSS added to the form, please see the next thread.

    Thank you.
