I got an email today stating we have reached the limits of the free account. I upgraded a few days ago to the Economy package, and paid by credit card. When I go to my account page, it says "Subscription Expired" but it lists my package as the Economy package.
I had opted for a monthly billing, but perhaps I should have done the full year; does a monthly billing automatically bill each month, or do I have pay manually each month? And it could not have expired already since I only upgraded this past Friday!
Help! We have several events that are pending that we need to have registration ready....

Please disregard that email, I just check your account status, which is Economy, and it's far away from being over the limit:
You do not need to do it manually, the monthly subscriptions will automatically be processed each month.
