HELP! Working on a deadline and have a question regarding billing!!

    I upgraded our account on Friday, but today received an email that the free account expired!  It says that I upgraded to Economy plan, but in our billing says that subscription expired.

     

    I am confused by this conflicting information and would like resolution ASAP.  I have several events pending and have deadlines coming up!!!

    There is nothing to worry about,  that was probably a glitch, please double check your Billing section, it says the next billing day is August 30th, 2015.

    Sorry for the confusion.
