Hi Seguralia,
After reviewing your form, I am seeing that not all field have been marked as required. As such, your users are able to submit the form without completing all fields:
If all fields should be filled out, please mark all fields as required. As such the form cannot be submitted unless it has been filled out completely.
If you are having an issue with required fields missing information, please advise us of the fields and we will look into this further.
Thank you
- SEGURALIAAnswered on August 04, 2015 at 02:05 PMhello, thank you very much for your response and speed.
*The problem would be to required fields in which we did not get the
information and come in white.*
In the case of non-mandatory fields , no problem , since it is not
necessary 100%.
Thank you very much and greetings

If not, then please provide the form URLs/IDs or you can share the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so we can investigate it.
You can also re-embed the forms using the Iframe method to avoid script conflicts between the webpage and the form.
We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
