Kindly clear your browser cache and try submitting the data again the issue should be resolved now, please let us know if you still experience it

If not, then please provide the form URLs/IDs or you can share the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so we can investigate it.
You can also re-embed the forms using the Iframe method to avoid script conflicts between the webpage and the form.
