[Download All Uploads] Downloaded archive missing submissions

    I understand and used Firefox. However, I only received downloads from 9 people. How do I get ALL the downloads from ALL the people?

    The issue needs to be checked by our developers. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team.

    Hello,

    Uploaded files downloader is currently limited to a total file size of 32MB in order to stabilize timeouts while downloading with a browser. We will be working on this issue, meanwhile you may like to download your files part by part via time-range or search.

    We will update you when a solution is found.

    Hi again,

    We have just optimized the downloader that it gets up to 250 MB and 250 files. Since your files are around the limits, I suggest that you divide your submissions to two to get all your files in two zip files.

    I tried the "download all" button but I still only get the first 14 entries no matter what I set up as timeframe. 

    And even if this work, we might get more then 250 Uploads on one day. How can I download this? Isn't there an option like " Download the first 10 entries, the second 10 or something like this.

    I know I could use a download manager, to download all links from the Formula Excel export. But my Problem is, that I need the submission ID for every file IN the file name. What worked fine when I testet it with 10 uploads, because the zip folders are named after the ID.
