I wanted to encrypt my form but it took so long that I stopped the action. Now my clients cannot submit and every time I open my form it is stilly trying to encrypt - even though I set my preferences back to "No." Can you please cancel the encryption process so that my clients can submit their forms? Thank you

I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have set the encryption as "No" in form preferences.
I was able to submit your form successfully and though the form displays it as encrypted form, the input data is not actually encrypted. Please check the screenshot below:
I have cleared your form cache from here. Can you please test your form again and see if you are able to submit your form successfully?

On the issue of "Encrypted Form" still being displayed in form even if the encryption is disabled in preferences, I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
