My client is unable to submit a second quote using a different form from the first quote that he submitted - this is an issue for all forms on these two websites. www. tcuquote.com/quote.html and http://heatersquote.hostoi.com/quote.html
Update: The main problem is the following : There was no error message - The client was just unable to click in the fields - it freezes and then when he clicks in another field it says something about that previous field being required, but he is still unable to click in that field.
Browser it is viewed in: Internet Explorer 7.
Unique Submission - No check.
Submission Number Limit ----click to edit (currently none).
I checked on my own computer and everything worked out fine. Is there anything I can recommend to my client?
Any advice would be appreciated. He is concerned that other clients might have the same issue and will simply move on to another website without clearing their cache. Some people do not know how to do that.
Is this a browser related issue?

Try removing all but one instance of this line in your webpages (there are five on each page):
Please do let us know the results. We'll be looking forward to your feedback. Thanks!
