    How can I login to update a past survey? - missing password

    I have attempted to login to my account unsuccessfully since I did not note the password and it has been a year since logging in. I currently have a survey embedded into our website that needs updating and when I go to the "forgot password?" part when logging in and enter the email address associated with the account I never receive an email with reset instructions. I receive submissions from the form to this email address and therefore I should be receiving the reset info to this email as well. Please help me reset the password and login info so that I may make this edit as soon as possible. Thank you!

    You can use the forgot password tool after you click on the login button to start the password reset process.

    It won't send me anything. I have tried that and it doesn't even confirm that I clicked "ok" to send it to the email associated with the account. I have tried doing that close to 10 times now and have received 0 emails about resetting the password.

    Your form was created with and unregistered guest account.  There is actually no login information associated with your form.  If you register an account using the same email address you used to create the form, in this case "danielle@lbwn.org", and the form should automatically be placed in your registered account.  You will then be able to edit the form and view the submissions.

    If the form is not automatically placed in your account after you register, let us know you would like form ID#42225400230132 moved from your Guest account to your registered one and we will be happy to move it for you.
