What is JotForm?
JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
At JotForm, we want to make sure that you’re getting the online form builder help that you need. Our friendly customer support team is available 24/7.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Sub Account users are accounts that can access the forms and/or submission data of the forms under your account, but which do not have access to your own account.
Basically, your settings and payment info are safe within your own account, while you allow access to your forms data to people that need to access it and (for example) allow access to your webdesigners to only be able to access some form(s) to make edits, but to not be able to see any submitted data.
Of course, if you have any questions Carolina, we are always happy to answer then :)
I have a question , regarding sub users. Are the sub users able to create
surveys / forms? So say we want 10 people to create . manage different
surveys / forms will I have only to pay for one account and then those 10
people will be able to create/manage their own surveys or will I have to
pay for 10 accounts? so they can each create/ manage their surveys.

You can indeed have 1 account and share access with multiple users. The Economy subscription, for example, would allow you to share your forms with 10 sub-users. You would upgrade a single account, then share access to the forms from that account. The sub-users would also have a folder in their own account that will allow them to create forms in the upgraded account. You can manage who has permissions to which form. They would each have their own accounts to log in to but any forms created under the upgraded account and shared with them or created by the sub-users in the shared folder, would receive the upgraded limits.
