The signature and few other required fields are sometimes not captured on submission

We’ve been having some issues seeing customer’s signatures and a couple of other fields (Cable, Internet, and Phone) once they submit their forms. I don’t know for sure but I think that it’s when they submit them using their smart phone or tablet. Although I did submit the form using my iPhone 5 just a few minutes ago and it worked. It did say that the form was not secure when I submitted it.

Our form is called “Residential Form Final Draft”. Here’s the link.

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40164564722957

Here are two examples of submissions that the signatures and  a couple of other fields did not come through on. Submission ID #’s 314550770842201587 and 314446729671786407.

Can you please help me figure out what we need to do to make sure that the signature comes through upon submission and the other fields such as Cable, Internet, and Phone come through as well.

    Thanks

First, I would like to say thank you for providing us with all these details and even flagging the submissions that have this issue.

Looking at the form, I can not see any issue that would do this.

What I suspect to might be happening is that some users are either not allowing all JS code to be loaded (for example if there is some security software that does not allow specific links to be loaded) or have disabled this by themselves.

To check and confirm this, I would like you to add NoScript widget to your jotform.

This should stop anyone that does not have javascript turned on from making any submissions, that is until they allow it back again.

Hopefully this will resolve the issue, but if not, do let us know and we will raise it to our developers for inspection.

I would also just like to confirm that your clients are using direct form URL? If not, please do share with us the link to a page on your website where the form is embedded so that we can check it out as well.

We'll give the NoScript widget a try. Thanks for your help!
