Can you tell me what the prices are going up to please?

The new prices are listed in our pricing page:
Current prices are on top and the new prices are below. The new prices are currently crossed out since they are not yet active.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks David. I see that now. I could have sworn I went to the page before I put in the ticket and the new prices were not there. So because we are subscribers at the $9.95 level, if we decide to upgrade to the Economy level after August 15th... maybe in December or something, would I pay $19.95 a month or $39?

I am asking because I did not receive a mistake letter that you guys were apologizing for. Since you say it was supposed to go to Free users only, I am guessing that current subscribers don't need to know about the new pricing and can upgrade to higher levels after August 15th at the older lower prices. Because other than receiving the apology letter, I would have had no warning that prices were going up.

Unfortunately, the way it is currently setup, if you upgrade to a higher level package later, you will be charged the higher rate. Only subscriptions created prior to August 15th with continue to be charged at the same rate. Changing plans, even if it is to a higher one, will cause you to be moved to the new prices after the 15th.
We should be sending out a couple more emails prior to the increase actually taking place to remind users about the increase.

That is fine, I am just confused as to why current subscribers have not been notified yet

I believe the initial email went to everyone. Subscribed or not. It may have been filtered since it came from our noreply address. Check your spam/junk mail folders. We are definitely trying to inform users about the increase.
