How can I replace the Sample Logo with my Logo

Hi,

I'm not sure which logo you're referring to. If you're seeing a logo at the top left of any of your forms and want to replace it, you would need to click the Designer button

and then after the Form Designer loads, click the Form Cover menu, click the URL there to select it and then replace it with your image's URL:

Conversely, if you meant the JotForm logo which appears in email alerts, you would need to first click it and then click the button indicated:

Then replace the URL in the box with that of your image, click one of the Dimensions boxes and then the OK button:
