How to make a form where the options in one question depends on the answer on another?

I want to make a form where there the options available for one question is dependent on the answer one has submitted on a different question.

Say I want a form where the user can give 5,3 and 1 point to 3 out of 5 say countries (USA, Canada, Germany, France and China). First the user should be able to choose which country the gets 5 points. If the user chooses USA, 3 points can only be given to either Canada, Germany, France or China (USA shll not be an option here). The if the user chooses Germany 1 point can only be given to either (Canada, France or China).

Is this in any way possible with Jotform? To me it does not seem so, there are not enough options on the built in functionality, am I right?

I am afraid that what you want to do is not exactly possible with JotForm. Options on a field cannot be dynamic, i.e., cannot change according to user actions.
