Hi I have developed many forms and when I make a test with it, raising it and sending to my e-mail account, nothing happens, it does´t arrive at my inbox.
What could I be doing wrong?
If I understood you correctly Ana, you are having issue with the emails not being delivered to your email address once you fill out this form: http://form.jotformz.com/form/52003670434647
Now, seeing how you are on a guest account, please do note that you have a lot of limitations on it.
What I would suggest is to create a new account on free plan, instead of using guest account: guest_51864855405058.
This has several benefits, by allowing you more emails to pass through, but also to allow you to always find the forms in the same place - under your account, from any browser.
- forms under a guest account can be requested to be transferred to any account at any time and in the same time, they are shown to you only from that specific browser until you clear the cookies or the cookie session runs out.Once you do, the forms should be moved to your account right away, but if not, we would be happy to assist with this.Do let us know if the same issue is present after doing that.Also, you can do that by going here: http://www.jotform.com/signup/
