I have a client who is trying to pay on our registration form

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51711775936968

and he is receiving this error: "INVALID CONFIGURATION. This transaction cannot be processed due to invalid merchant configuration"

Why is this doing this? I personally was able to successfully fillout the form and payment. But he has tried and failed three times.

Can you fix this? or provide me with an answer to tell him?

The issue is most likely related to your PayPal Pro merchant account configuration.

You can check the error code information on this page:

    10500  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code
    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

Please make sure that your PayPal account is ready to accept PayPal Payment Pro transactions. You might consider contacting PayPal Support to get the assistance in this case. Thank you.

Talked to Paypal support, went over the setup. all seem to be OK with Paypal merchant setup. API information is correctly copied at jotform. Still, cannot verify merchant account. Error says Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
