If you need to access submissions urgently you can use a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome. If none of this will work, may we ask if by any chance you also tried on Apple Safari?. Nonetheless, we'll continue to look into this issue and update you once it is fixed.

I was able to view your submissions without any problem. To view it you need to login first your account on JotForm, click on the said form and click on Submissions above it.
