I am trying to upgrade from the free starter to the premium service, however when I try and register I get the following message.. can you please help as I would like to use your service.

I was able to create your account without any issues. I think that is because you need to create your account first before going to the upgrade page.
Anyways, just simply reset your password using your current email address to gain access to the account and upgrade it to Premium.
