How to validate a form based on a promo code

Hi,

I'm looking for a solution for people to enter their name and a set (static) promotion code in order to validate a form.

How does one set a form to reject anything but the exact match digits found in the promo code? 

You can provide a textbox where the users type in the promo code then use form conditions to validate against the static value

You can also use page breaks to hide sections of the form until the correct code is entered
