Is there any way to print a submission from a form which excludes empty fields?

Asked by jacque on December 16, 2011 at 11:31 AM

For example, the form says "Name: John Doe" but then askes will anyone else be attending :"yes,no". If they say "yes" a condition opens up a new field and displays "Second Person Name: Jane Doe". The problem is that when I print the form, it prints the row for "Second Person Name" and I don't want it to do that UNLESS there is data populating that field.

    Thanks!!!
