Submission ID on different forms in sequential?Asked by coigis on August 07, 2015 at 01:38 PM
I have 4 different forms for the same website. Users will have to fill in the form based on one of the 4 options they pick. Will the submission id be unique for all 4 forms or will they be repeated? In other words, if Form A is 001, I don't want Form B to be 001 as well.
Thank you for contacting us.
The Submission IDs are unique in JotForm system, but Unique ID autoincrement widget IDs are unique only within a form.
In other words, forms with Unique ID widgets do not know anything about each other, and their values can be repeated. You might consider using the system Submission IDs instead.
