The files I am trying to upload are big but its been about 10 min now and it does't look like its doing anything. Please help me fix this.

- SIGNIMAGINGAnswered on December 16, 2011 at 04:57 PMThe file as about 70mb. It did seem to work in Internet explorer and fire fox. I waited about 15 min. I was able to get it to work using google Crome thou. But I don't want these problems for my customers in the future

Thank you for provided information.
I was able to upload ~100 MB file using both Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome. There are also big files under your submissions.
Please note that upload time is really depend on your connection speed, that is why you may not see any progress in Internet Explorer for a long time. Can you wait a little longer to see if upload went through? In Google Chrome browser you can see the progress bar.
