Form box stopped extending all the way

    Form box stopped extending all the way... how do I fix this?

    Had posted a previous question asking how to fix this, but the problem seemed to have fixed itself. The problem is now back.

    Let me know what to do.

    Do you mean that the form is not fully loading on your side? I have checked your form by its link in different browsers, but was not able to reproduce any loading issues.

    You may try clearing browser cache and cookies, or checking the form in different browser to see if that makes any differences.
