Why did my form get disabled!!!!!!!!

Asked by PETalents on December 16, 2011 at 03:51 PM

    Hi,

I created a form yesterday for a job ad I put on Craigslist in NYC (and for which I paid $25). I realized that this morning that the form was disabled..... How is that possible? I have changed the settings so it is enabled again, but I had done that already this morning around 9am PST, and it was marked as disabled 5 minutes ago, 3hours later... I am losing the credibillity of my job applicants because of that!!! How can I make sure this does not happen again?

    Thanks

    Hi,

The problem is you have set submissions limit on that form to two (2) that's why it automatically disabled once the submissions limit reached. I have now removed the submissions limit for your convenience. Here's a guide on how to find out submissions limit on your form. http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you so much!

OK. I guess I wanted to cap the number of submissions by a given candidate... not the number of total submissions. I mist have misunderstood.... crappp.
    Thanks!
