Collapse Field Not working on the Form

    Have been having issues with the accordion format not allowing people to access all sections. In this particular form, the second accordion won't open to show the other fields. Sometimes its the first one. 

    Can't figure out why this is now doing this. I've run dozens of tests and have been using this accordion format across several of my forms. 

     

    Is there a bug in this functionality or did something change in my forms?

    It seems the issue was due to the dirty conditional statements in the form. When I checked the form Conditions, I see multiple condition rules that have deleted fields on them.

    I suggest you clear/clean the conditional statements by deleting those conditions. It should fix the problem similar to this cloned version that is working now after I cleaned it.
