    Changes being made in Designer not actually changing anything

    Hello-

        I'm trying to adjust Text colours and padding of questions.  When I move the line layout sliders, everything moves for a second, but then just jumps back to it's original place, even though the slider number stays where I want it.  The colours don't change at all.  Also, the builder, designer and the preview all look different.  Is there a way to add ghosted columns so i can know what the software is thinking?  Or is there a away to reset ALL design without loosing my form fields?  I can more about alignment and spacing than fonts and colours.

    Our apologies for the problem. I noticed the same issue a while ago and I'm about to create a ticket for that. I'm not sure what's causing this, but I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for further investigation. IF there are updates, you should know it in this thread.

    For now, please do the following:

    a. Logout from your account

    b. Clear your browser's cache

    c. Clear your browser cookie for Jotform

    d. Login again

    e. Clear your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

    f. Clone the original form where the changes are not being save. You should see the changes in the cloned version.

    Okay, the cloning method is not working in your form for some reason. I've cloned your form and still, the changes are not being saved in the designer and in the form view:

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response. This problem should have been fixed some time ago. Also i cloned your form and designed so far everything seems fine. Thanks for your feedback and patience.
