I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean by the order thing.
Can you please explain what payment? Is that for the subscription through Jotform? I searched your email address, but I can't find an account. I can't find a payment record either. If you can send us the reference numbers or tell us more in detail, we would be happy to check it further.
