    Hi,

Can you share us your website URL so we could look into it? Also, can you try to re-embed your form using an iFrame Code?

Let us know if the iframe code works. We will wait for your reply. Thank you so much!

    Hi,

Your form seems to be fine here, I was able to view it instantly. Please check my screen for online registration form and insurance waiver form. Can you try to clear your browsers cache? maybe that would help.

Let us know if the problem still persist on your side, for your further assistance. Thank you.

    Hi
Still having problems on my end it is strang because I have other forms that are working just fine however those were built as direct links to the pages I may need to go that way. I even tried on another computer.
    Thank you

This is probably an Internet Explorer specific issue.

I see your website has an SSL certificate, because you are using a form with an non-secure URL, Internet Explorer requires a visitor of the website to manually enable non-secure content on the webpage.

If you wish the form content to show on your webpage without user intervention you would need to use a secure URL for your form.

    e.g on your page: https://p2.secure.hostingprod.com/@glorytravel.net/ssl/registration

You would need to change the form embed code to:

    script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/1090807181"></script>

Please note 'Free' accounts are only allowed 10 SSL submissions a month. Pricing

The other option you have, as you have already referred to is just to include links to the form themselves on your website.

Hope that information helps, let us know if you have other questions.
