Why I'm not able to preview my form?

    I have been creating a new form, however when I go into preview, I get the following message. I have checked the form properties and they are showing as "enabled", I have tried disabling and re enabling and I still get the same message.

     

    Form Not Found

    This form is disabled

    I have just found out that apparently my account has been suspended due to it being suspected of phishing, I can assure you that my account which I have only just got working again it not being used for phishing. I would appreciate having this sorted out as soon as possible, so that I can start creating forms

    I have checked your forms and I have not found Phishing which is against our Terms of Use so I have reactivated your account.
