    Hi,

We've given JotForm another try due to your reply in June.

    Unfortunately there's still problems.
When viewing forms in compatibility view, the next button become inactive and back button appears on the first page. Please have a look at this form: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51533444172349

I've tried it in IE11. When switching off the compatibility view, everything seems fine.

Our target group using our forms mostly use IE and are often inexperienced with computers, so we can't rely on that they know what to do if they can't click on the next button.

    Regards,

    Linn

Update: I tried to make a new form from scratch, identical to the form mentioned above.

Now everything seems ok, and I don't experience any problems.

Is it possible that the conditions in http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51533444172349 is causing the problems?

We have another form (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50853067665361), with the same problems, which is bigger I wouldn't want to create from scratch again. So I hope you'll find a solution :)

    Hi,

To confirm, the next and back buttons are still not working on the old form you have in IE browser?

And the new one is now working? I'm not sure if the conditional logic can cause problems on the page buttons. But you could try cloning your other form and see if that still gives you problems.

Also, please do let us know what problems you are still experiencing so that we can try testing it out in our end.

    We'll wait for your response.
