Unable to dowlonad the attached file(s) by clicking on the link provided in the email

    Attachments accessed through the .us domain will not open.  Changing it to .com domain will.

    Thank you for reporting this issue. Our developers are already looking into the issue, but it seems that if you simply replace the domain of your form to point to jotform.com that you will be able to download the file.

    The .us domains should be working however now, so please test it and let us know if it does not.

    I will raise your thread to our developers as well, so they will update you about this as soon as the issue is resolved.

    This should now be fixed.  My apologies.  Let us know if you have any further trouble downloading your attachments from the links in your notifications and we will be happy to have another look.
