Error is shown when downloading file attachments from email notifications

    Hello!

    Please, help me, when i try to download a file from a form show these error, why?

    some computers can download and some can't. is this an internet setting? we are both using the same version of chrome.

    My apologies.  Our developers are still working on a more consistent fix.  For now, you should be able to download any of the files by changing the links to jotform.com.  If the download link has jotformpro.com, jotform.us or something of that nature, they are working inconsistently at the moment.

    I will forward this to our development team and we will update you as soon as everything is sorted.

    You can also retrieve your file uploads from the submission view of your account in the mean time:

    Please do check now and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues. Our developers have notified us that the issue should be resolved, so you should be able to simply download them.
