When we get the email notification, we click on the links for the files but jotform website is saying that it cannot find the file. Please advise.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Our developers are already aware of the problem and currently looking into the issue. I have forwarded this thread to them so if there are updates, you will be notified as well.
For now, downloading the files in form submissions panel should work.

Our developers have resolved the issue and you should be able to download the files by clicking on the links in your email.
Please however do check and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues and we would be happy to take a look why that might be so.
