map locator and post photo not working.

i ceated a form with 3 questions.

First is a text box second is a map locator which has auto comlete function for my location and the third is take a photo .

İt was working well at first.

But now map locator is not showing my location and the photo i took can not be loaded to he form. only text is coming.

İ didnt change anything from the begining.

What is the problem?

I have cloned and tested your form and I saw that you have selected option No to Show Mini map.

Because of that map is not shown on form. Also you have set output type to show map in submissions. When I submitted my cloned form link that I got in submission is showing my right location. 

I have also tested Take a photo widget and it is working. I have tested on my Samsung S4 and on my laptop. I was able to take a photo and upload it. 

Which device and browser are you using? I would suggest you to clear your browser cache. You can also try with different browser.
