Hi,
I'd like to know if I can have a response email automatically sent to the person who completed the form. Please note that the sender's email address would be separate from the recipient email address specified for the form...if that makes sense. Please let me know.

I believe that you are looking to setup an auto-responder on your JotForm. Auto responder feature allows you to send an email to the form filling person.

You can also add a sender email address by following the guide How-to-Add-a-Sender-Address
