Not all entries are showing up on Google Spreadsheet

Hi Jotform!

For some reason only 2 out of 3 of our entries showed up on our integrated google doc spreadsheet. We got forms for Amelia Gross and Angus Brown but not Sam Shields Elsner. Also, the form for Angus Brown was sent in 2 parts. 

One other thing....I have tried to change the title of the form to RYW Fall 2015 but the emails still show up as RYW Spring 2015. How can I change this?

Unfortunately there was an issue with the integration today impacting some of our users, but the issue was resolved just recently.

Please do feel free to test it out and check for yourself and let us know if by some chance you are still experiencing any issues.
