Can I call a form from within another?

I see that I can only have one payment method per form.  I'd like to be able to offer customers a choice between paypal or credit card.  Can I create a "master form" with the basic info, and then have a choice of buttons to click for payment, each of which would take to a different form to enter payment details?

You may consider using Paypal Payment Pro:

    http://apps.jotform.com/app/paypal_pro_integration

You should be able to use this integration since you are from Canada.

But you need to make sure that Paypal Pro is enabled in your Paypal account. You can contact Paypal and let them enable to your account.

Here's how you can enable your IPN that is used for the integration:

If you're like to offer a different payment method aside from Paypal Pro, we have this workaround:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

Using three forms, one as the base form, one for the Paypal and one for the other integration.

Let us know if you need help with this method.

    Thanks
