I've tried more than five times now to cancel my monthly plan, and each time it hangs up on the screen that says "Processing." No amount of time waiting changes that. Can you please move my plan back to Free before my billing date on the 13th? Thank you!

Since you used Paypal to pay the subscription, you should also cancel the subscription payment in your Paypal account.

As requested, I have now cancelled your paid subscription and moved the subscription back to FREE plan.
You can just upgrade again anytime should you need to.
You will not be billed further.
