    Hello Jason,

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

Do you want to password protect your form? Unfortunately we do not have such feature but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. Please take a look at the following thread where I have explained this workaround in detail:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/417268-How-can-I-add-password-protection-to-my-form

    Thank you!

    Hello Jason,

but i want to send a e-invitation with the registration link.

You can grab your form's direct URL and manually send it in an email  to your clients. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:

Alternatively you can click on the "Embed Form" and then send the form URL in an email. Please check the screenshot below:

and is it possible auto create a password and ID for client login the form and input their detail

Unfortunately we do not have such feature. There is no automated way to create ID/password to access form. The only possibility is to manually add condition to password protect form as explained in this thread.

    Thank you!
