PDF form not fillable

My User account is statlocums. I created a form named - Hotel Booking Form and then created a PDF form from the webform .The file downloaded but not fillable. I use Foxit.

I will be grateful for your assistance to sort this out.

I have tested a PDF file from a cloned copy of your form and it is fill-able, kindly try clearing your browser cache and regenerate the file again.

You can also clone your form and generate then PDF then test it
