my forms are usually sent to the same email. But this time I would like it to be sent to a different email address is this possible and how do I do.

Yes, it's possible to send your form notifications to different e-mail addresses. You will need to open your e-mail notifications settings and edit your recipent list there. You can learn more about setting up your e-mail notifications recipients from this user guide.
You can also send it to multiple e-mail addresses at the same time by separating each e-mail address with a comma.
If you wish your form to have a dynamic setting that sends e-mail alerts to the person who filled up the form, you can create an e-mail autoresponder. You can read more about autoresponders on this user guide.
