Please be noted that if your account has reached its submission limit, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.
If you have exceeded the allowed upload storage space, you will have to delete your submission records which has file attachment to free up upload storage space. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well which will free up the space.
