    I will have to refer your paypal payment to our admins to have it refunded. I see you have already canceled the subscription.

    Do you wish to proceed with the upgrade to a yearly plan?

    We will need to try to coordinate the upgrade procedure between us a little to make sure you don't have any problems with your forms. 

    Are you near a PC for a few minutes this evening? I can make a quick change on the server leaving you free to go through upgrade to yearly Premium process.

    yes please. i already cancelled the subscription yes.

    so let me know once you free me of my current plan. then i will upgrade to the premium process.

    OK yihern, I have set your account to Free.

    Please log out of your JotForm account, log back in and re-follow the upgrade process taking up the yearly subscription this time.

    Let me know when thats done or if you do run into any problems.

    I tried that. The 50% off banner appears now.

    But I'm not able to upgrade as when I go to the pricing page, it still registers premium plan as my current plan.

    maybe you could somehow remove my next billing date...

    Good stuff. That's all went through the system our end ok.

    I will refer the refund request for the monthly subscription taken in error on Dec-12 to our admins. 

    With it running into the holidays, I can't be quite sure when they will be able to deal with it, but you will hear something back within a week or so (probably earlier).
