I had this same issue back towards the end of March, 2015 - but cannot recall how it was resolved.

I checked it again and still, your "Sender Email" is empty. Leaving it like this will cause you this problem so I would suggest changing it. You can use our default sender emails such as the firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
