staff when I create a rule condition and the conditions it is also contrary, the more I wanted him not to do the opposite, just took the order provided:
if 1 is equal to 2
shown in box 3
however if no one is equal to 2 the hidden box, he always does the opposite as well.
I wanted it just took and not the opposite.

Just to clarify, you are having issues with show/hide condition?
Base on your example:
If 1 is equal to 2, show 3
This is fine however you don't need to add additional condition to hide the 3 if 1 is not equal to 2 since the 3 field will be hidden by default until the above condition is met. Is this what you mean with your question? If not, kindly provide more details so we can assist you further.

It is not likely that we can disable the opposite conditions behavior.
Can you please provide us with more information about your goal? We can try to see if there are any workarounds.
