My next page button does not work after adding a form to WordPress website using js embed code

Asked by Jared  on August 13, 2015 at 02:25 PM

    Hi JotForm,

I recently embedded the javascript for one of my recently built forms into a WordPress website page (as I have done with a number of other JotForm builds). http://dugoutcaptainonline.com/quiz1/ For some reason, my next button is non-functional within the WordPress page, where it works just fine when launched outside of the WordPress page. I have deleted and recreated the page break, but it did not resolve the issue. Any ideas or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers!
    Jared

If your embedded form is not working, while the form opened directly does, and it is something like the page break buttons and similar, the usual suspects are the conflicts.

What I would recommend is to embed the form using the iframe embed code instead of the js embed code on your website.

You can see how to get it Jared here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

Do let us know how it goes.
